I agree. Our preprod and development instances have been 9.2.0.5 for a = few months now. Lots of capacity testing in preprod, to date, and no = issues. (Except for known Solaris8 bug WRT to DISM, if you set = sga_max_size.) We're going live to production on 9.2.0.5 on 8/21, and = expect a smooth ride. -Mark -----Original Message----- From: oracle-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:oracle-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Jared.Still@xxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, August 02, 2004 4:19 PM To: oracle-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: 10046 event is useless in 9.2.0.4 version for response time measuring !!! > As appears from dictation from this list, to go to 9.2.0.5 is not good = > idea, because of instability and other issues. Our SAP systems have been on 9.2.0.5 for a couple months now, no issues so far. At least, not oracle related issues.
