Perl error --ATG_RUP6

hi,
friends i am stuck with the error when trying install ATG_RUP6
the error is as below...Perl environment not set for Oracle Applications. (TXK
libraries not in INCLUDE list)
Ensure that Autoconfig has been run and your environment has been sourced
correctly.
