Yes the patch number is " 3275245 "latest consolidated online patch"
first you have to apply generic patch which is 109 M after this apply
AR patch which is 29 M in size
As for the adding new language the following steps have to follow:
1.oracle application manager ->license manager->language->add language
to Arabic
2.source the appl tier ,go to adadmin to run multi-lingual tables (4 & 3
options in adadmin)
3.apply nsl patch
Any clarification please revert back to me

I know that Oracle does licensing based on CPU, but my question was how
can we support 500 users with just 25 users licenses. One of our client
has similar setup and they want whether anything can be done through
application while logon process, so that they can track what 500 users
are doing using 25 users licenses.

charges based on the number of users. Let's say a company has 500 users,
taking 500 users licensing
is very expensive and management may not support it. Say the
company has opted for 25 users.
One way is to attach many responsibilities to the same user or
create few users and share it. But, sharing of the user will not allow
us to track who has done a wrong transaction.
I have gone through "User Management" where many
responsibilities are assigned to the role and then the role is assigned
to the user.
Let me know if anybody has better solution.
