Is it legal to run multiple autoconfig session at the same time in multinode installation.

Hello everybody !
Currently I working on Multinode Apps cfg move from Solaris to Linux.
There a lot of autocongig runs involved.
I wonder is it allowed to run autoconfig from diferrent servers at the
same time within the same Apps environment.
What do you think?
