Please note that the below chosen for the assigned printer.
Type : --PASTA Universal Printer Type
Style : PDF Publisher
Driver : PASTA_PDF
I have not made any changes to pasta.cfg file, only changes done to
pasta_pdf.cfg
After the changes were done, CM was bounced.

Hi All,
Need some help from you very urgently.
When a concurrent request is submitted, it prints to a laser printer ( both
text file & pdf file).
But when a concurrent request is submitted to a dot matrix (EPSON-printer),
only text file prints but pdf does not print.
The concurrent request completes, but it does not print a pdf to the dot
matrix printer ( although it prints when it is a text file from Oracle APPS
)
Note : Oracle EBS R12 installed on windows. (32-bit apps tier & 64-bit db
tier)
The recent changes done :
Installed the ghost script from www.ghostscript.com
I had modified the pasta_pdf.cfg file with the below changes & got the
error in the concurrent request log as shown below.
