Giri,
Shutdown services on node in which you can access forms.
Force your machine to go to forms services on which you are facing forms
launcher issue , now try to access application
Do you still see 404 "GET
/OA_JAVA/oracle/apps/fnd/formsClient/FormsLauncher/class.class HTTP/1.1" 404

If yes , how you created second node ? (One in which you are facing issue)

1st Issue
I am getting the following error in access_log on node1.

IInd Issue

I am trying the following test case
orapps is my dns entry for my webnode1 and webnode2
my url is oraapps.<domain.com>:8006
1) Started all the components on both web nodes
2) I logged into Applications from my PC, found that I am connected to webnode1
3) shutdown all the components on webnode1
4) closed the Applications session connected in Step 2
5) Logged back into the apps from the same PC without any problem, I can see
that new connection is made to webnode 2, I can browse my web based
responsibilities without any problem. I see the folloowing error in access log
on surviving node when I clicketed on forms based responsibilities. It is not
startingup jinitiator at all.

In fact this file exists on both the nodes.
Any idea / help is appreciated.
