Not sure if this is relevant to the date issue on the Visucam but if an
old PC loses the date/time it's usually because the battery cell on the
motherboard that maintains the date/time when the PC is powered down has
died and needs replacing. If it's possible for you or a Biomed person to
access the motherboard easily, it might be worth checking.
