Might be an internal battery. We had a similar issue a while back which our
biomed guy fixed. Sorry, I don't know the battery type (probably a watch
battery) or location in the machine. I'll ask him next week.

We recently started having the same or similar problem with our Visucam. It

automatically changes to 1800.

Good afternoon!
I've noticed a recent issue with our Zeiss Visucam Fundus Camera. I tried
reaching out to Zeiss support just after 9am yesterday, and left my number for
a call back, but as of 9:30 am today I haven't heard from them.
For whatever reason, when I bring the camera back on in the morning, the Time
and Date on it are incorrect; like it's getting stuck in the past. I can
correct it in the device settings, but it won't stick once the system is shut
down again. This is causing the photos I take to go under the wrong exam date,
and get sent to FORUM under the wrong date as well(despite pulling from today's
worklist).
I have tried manually setting it, I have tried synchronizing it with the
microsoft time server, and I have tried changing the server that it
synchronizes with. None of these options have worked.
Does anyone know if I can fix this? I feel like lately I've been inundated with
really small issues that just throw a wrench into the day-to-day.
