I thought Optimal was a way to reach out to others in the field?

Some of the threads are quite interesting, others I browse and delete.
Love the delete button

Yes, during this transition with the OPS website that is exactly what I
did. When I have their eMail, I won't bother Optimal. I'm grateful
Optimal is a tool out there for just that, to find people within our
organization....

Unless, of course, one dosen't have the person's email then it would
make sense for one to make to appeal first on Optimal, as Denice did so
eloquently.
