What does the lower left part of the fundus have to do in relationship to
judging focus of OCT?

Check focus! The better the focus of the bottom left fundus image the better
quality the scan! Know your pt's RX!

If you had to name your top ten tips for improving Retinal OCT what would they
be?
For me

Know your anatomy
What is the question, what is the answer?  Which scan and why
How to shoot through medial opacities
Neutralizing the patient’s refractive error/ astigmatism
Watch your segmentation!
Listen to your intuition,if something doesn’t seem right, it isn’t
High speed vs High Res:  When and Why
The Supine or nearly supine patient
How useful, really, is EnFace scanning?
