Personally at our private practice, we have not changed.
I'll chalk this one up to a decrease in reimbursement. From what I've heard
through the grapevine:
Physicians are either cutting the frequency, OR, breaking the FA/ICG bundle by
alternating studies at follow up visits. As a wise mentor once told me, you
either grow with the change and alter to compensate, or you get dragged down.
Hopes this help. Hope everything is well over to the west where y'all are!
P.S- Your personal opinion, I'm prepping for COMT, how was it?

I've noticed, empirically, about a 40% decrease in angiography here at the ODS
Cannot find any literature on metrics, a study? To show nationwide the decrease?
Anyone know of that?
