Yes, I noticed that too, so I guess we're in the same boat! (no pun intended..)
However, I do see available rooms using other websites like booking.com,
hotels.com, etc. Haven't jumped yet, but will soon.
They did say there were limited rooms... guessing it was a small number than we
thought!

When I look at the ICOP hotel’s website, it says that there “are no available
rooms for your desired dates.” Could that be possible? The meeting is more than
four months away. Is there an alternative to the ss Rotterdam hotel?
