Physicians. In Massachusetts physicians ordering medical procedures are 
required to obtain consent for those procedures.
Photographers do expand on the “explanation” because physicians tend to 
minimize it.
We also have to tell the patients it is not a vegetable dye.

Who consents your angiogram patients? Photographers? Technicians? Physicians? 
Our technicians do it at KEI and I wonder if that's the most common way.
