Dr. Vickery,

I think that I would check to see that the threshold and intensity controls 
are adjusted for their maximal performance, and if that does not improve 
things, I would then begin to wonder if your aray has become worn out in 
which case you might need to consider having work done on it. Those 
vibrating pins can become worn in time which might account for the 
difference in what is felt in using the device.
