Howdy,

The day is getting nearer! So, let's go over a few concerns you voiced to
me over the past week

 1) On the day of the event, we'll go to the second floor of the SD
coonvention center and there will be TCOYD registration tables. We sign in,
get our name tags, and go to lunch. Lunch starts at 12:30 to 1:50 pm. Be
sure to have your cell phone with you in case you get lost or you wonder
where the rest of the group is. Once we sign in, the "man" will tell us
where our exhibition will take place so if you get lost or get separated
from the group, you can always come back to our station (also on the second
floor of the SD convention center).

***By the way, we are the "Hands-On Scetion - Ask a Pharmacist" station and
we need to be at our station just before 2pm (say 1:50 pm) for some possible
last minute things/adjustments/reminders. *Our session lasts from 2pm to
4:15pm*.

 2) If lunch ends early for you or if you have some down time (possibly
after our section is over), feel free to check out the other things that are
going on in TCOYD such as the health fair exhibitions and "Saturday
Afternoon Live!" and the Foot Screening booth.

 3) Here is a way to get driving directions to the SD convention center
http://www.google.com/local?f=q&hl=en&q=111+West+Harbor+Drive,+San+Diego,+CA+92101&btnG=Search

Remember to carpool if you can. Cathy generously volunteered to take place;
she lives at one miramar.

 4) Rebecca: please bring your digital camera to take pictures of us and
TCOYD to incorporate into the article for the SSPPS newsletter. Contact me
if you don't have a digital camera.

 5) *REMINDER: Here are things you need to bring:*
- Your white pharmacy lab coat and dress appropriately (avoid jeans,
t-shirts, etc)
- Pharmacy name tags
- Parking pass that allows you to save money on parking
- Some form of ID (to check in for TCOYD)

 6) Don't be nervous. Two P2 students, Dr. Morello (our very own diabetes
expert, who wrote the OTC handbook chapters on diabetes), and various SD
pharmacists will be there to help in case we get stuck on a patient
question.

Ok, see you guys on Saturday. I know! I can't wait either!
