Dear Friends
I am writing to inform you about an exciting exhibition coming up at
William Temple Church on Sat 27th/Sun 28th October. A poster is attached
with further details.
It is, I think, a fairly unique exhibition of art by or about survivors of
abuse and with exhibits and resources from various organisations working
with women and girls who have experienced domestic violence or other forms
of gender based violence.
I would be really grateful if you could publish this important event.
The idea has grown from last year’s United Nations campaign against
gender-based violence. We have items from Women's Aid, Rape Crisis,
Manchester Action on Street Health, as well as various projects.
