Perhaps a little different, because there are competing services this time.

Suppose that all of the performance spaces in New York City that use wireless mics are put into the geolocation database, and suppose it offers a protection zone of 200 meters. That could conceivably knock out the new service in midtown Manhattan from south of Penn Station to north of Lincoln Center -- no service at all in Times Square, at the main public library, or in the main bus and train stations -- or theaters, of course. And that's if everything goes as planned.

Would that be acceptable?

TTFN,
Mark
