SMPTE has a set of VC-1 reference elementary streams, decoder source
code and documentation available on a DVD for $250.

I'm having a tough time finding test bitstreams for VC-1 (decoder).
I've
been doing web searches for places offering VC-1 streams and have found
very
few. Yes, I know it's a new standard (that I'm not even sure has been
ratified yet), but usually there are some groups at the leading edge.
So, while I have some, I'm looking for many more. I also have a
reference
encoder so can make some, but would like to use ones that are already
available if possible (more efficient that way).
Does anyone know where I can get some test streams (either free or for
$$)?
