Point taken; it's the period of an ATSC 8-VSB data frame, and it's 5x the
repetition rate of ATSC M/H sub-frames.
It's beginning to look like the A/153 won't be publicly available this year;
but one can still hope.

I assume you mean "period" and not "rate".
