I fully agree with this.
But for the consumers, the transition is a difficult, costly and
UNWANTED change they did not ask for.
Their point of view is "don't fix something that works FOR ME and isn't
broken."
That the digital transition is just a way for the Gubbymint,
manufacturers and program providers to make a bundle of money
is another story.
