With the huge $86B clearing target, I'd say the participating broadcasters are going to be getting ALL of the proceeds of the auction.

The forward auction starts tomorrow. It will be interesting to see if bidding will come even close to the $86B mark. The general consensus right now is that $30B to $40B is as high as it will go and there will be another round of reverse auction. You can follow the bidding here:
