I'm somewhat surprised we don't hear more about that scenario. 
That is, SDTV OTA with multiple channels but the same station HD 
on cable.   But I'm not aware of any so far.  Is something 
restricting that choice?

You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the OpenDTV list in two ways:

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at 

- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word 
unsubscribe in the subject line.
