Dot pitch or pixel pitch? Or are they one and the same?

And, you trust conclusions from ads?

1920 pixels at 0.7 mm dot pitch is 134.4 cm. 168 cm diagonally for 4:3 or
154.2 cm diagonally for 16:9.

The 19" Samsung Dynaflat 957DF (4:3)
 does 1920x1440 pixels.
