We went around that circle many times already, until you finally agreed that
Netflix competed against HBO, and stole many of their customers. Not doing that
cycle again.
And the really funny part is, they were playing their funny
business with Netflix at exactly the same time that the FCC was
debating classifying broadband under Title II. Talk about bad
timing, eh?

Irrelevant? That's how we got Title II for broadband, Craig. Hardly irrelevant.
Their timing was perfect, actually. As I said, Wheeler had to change his mind
on this, and the people did it for him.
You like to portray the cable systems as the bad guys here.
No, I'm simply saying that businesses behave in entirely predictable ways, for
their (usually short term) best interests. And you need to understand what
makes them tick, to predict what will happen next. Instead, what I see form you
is very contorted arguments, based on a mix of unsubstantiated beliefs and an
apparent need to justify your choices, which end up placing blame where it
clearly doesn't belong. Your "bad guys" have historically been the broadcasters
and the congloms, but never for valid or credible reasons.
