Well then, once again, you missed the whole point of the comment. In the 
article my original post copied, the comment was that ATSC 3.0 would permit 
this feature (reporting what each viewer was watching in real time).

What makes anyone think ATSC 3.0 is required for this?

First, what the hell does this have to do with a TV?

Sometimes, as you argue in circles faster and faster, you eventually launch 
yourself in orbit.

But you are dreaming if you think that we are going to see ATSC
3.0 reception in smartphones.

And you think that I've been saying this would happen? I merely said that 
technically, it's a no brainer, as is reception of ATSC 1.0 and 2.0. But I'm 
the one saying it won't happen, for non-technical reasons.
