Again, vague words, and they sound quite misleading to me. I
suppose that ATSC 3.0 could be carving out small slices of the

rather as narrowband LPTV stations,
What crap.
Do cellular services have only one cell per frequency band in a
major market?
Craig, your aggressive cluelessness knows no bounds. The less you understand
something, the more a fool you make of yourself.
Cellular services ARE NOT SFNs. SFNs ARE NOT cellular services. A cellular
service is made up in the same checkerboard fashion as are TV big sticks, but
on a much smaller scale. Zones of co-channel interference definitely exist,
between cells that use the same frequency channels.
Of course not. They reuse the spectrum by controlling the
coverage area
What generic jibberish. Obviously, there are areas of co-channel interference
between cells in cellular systems. It's just that in those areas of
interference, other frequency channels are used by the clients. Exactly the
same as happens, on a larger scale, among TV markets.
For example, Philadelphia sits between Baltimore and NYC. Some of the same
channels are used in Baltimore and NYC. In Philadelphia, those Balt and NYC
channels interfere. But the Philadelphia market can ignore those frequencies.
The area of interference doesn't matter, because people tune in to Philadelphia
channels.
Cellular schemes DO EXACTLY THE SAME THING. Haven't you gotten this yet? Your
idea about small slices of a 6 MHz channel, for submarkets, behave this way
too. Large areas where you cannot use that small slice, within the market area.
Using vague words does not hide your lack of understanding, Craig. Sorry.
