The point is, it gets the Apple Faithful all up in a twitter.

And I can do the same, except I don't know about the last one, without even 
having that subscription to any MVPD or OTT site.

My reaction to that article was along the same lines as yours, only from the 
other angle. Which continues to be, with all these tech-savvy people out there, 
who seem perfectly capable of browsing the web from any device at all, what is 
it that makes them stupid when it comes to looking for a TV program?

TV has already been reinvented. Just go to the web portals and see. There's no 
need to be waiting for this messiah, truly.
