In TNT & DISH Network's HD press release (below) they state: "All programs and commercials on TNT in HD will be presented in high definition, 16:9 wide screen format and will feature 5.1 surround sound." I would assume that does not mean TNT will only air HD commercials - just the commercials which TNT receives in HD will be presented in high definition, 16:9 wide screen format and will feature 5.1 surround sound. Does anyone have more information about TNT running HD spots? I do applaud TNT for even mentioning HD commercials. It is the first reference I have seen to HD spots from a network HDTV launch!
