You're absurd. For years, and even now, your idea is that
spectrum management isn't needed. That the special interests

No Bert. Somebody has to decide what spectrum is used for what
purpose.
And yet, do you want me to quote you saying that the special interests can do
this on their own? Don't try this, Craig, because you ALWAYS fail:

The reality is that private firms are perfectly capable of
managing their own spectrum, and many government agencies are
not.
Your words. Are you taking them back? If so, SAY SO!
Do you really thing that Congress is responsive to the people?
Certainly more than the special interests are, Craig. And oh look, just above,
where I quoted your nonsensical idea. As if local monopolies would need to care
what the consumer wants. When Wheeler wanted to avoid using Title II, guess
what turned him around? The special interests? Nope.
Even using your usual formulaic, monotonous rhetoric, a Congress made up
entirely of crooked politicians on the take would STILL be no worse than what
you suggested up top. Oh well, huh? Not very convincing, Craig. Try something
better.
Bert
