I agree that any "connected" device could do this, however, only those devices that can actually play media clips could be used to "tease" the potential viewers with promotional clips. You could argue that radio has been used for years to promote television shows, and that would also be correct. But the ability to view short promotional clips is likely to be one of the more significant uses of mobile media players.
