Not in all respects it doesn't. It has some problems with
some transport streams. For instance, I have
to do a rescan every week after 8 AM on Sunday or I lose
our nearby ABC station (Sinclair, formerly NBC, using
a borrowed network receiver.)
But as I said in another post, it is quite capable of
robust reception with a near-0dB (perhaps 0.3-0.5 dB)
