Sorry, you are correct.
I had originally intended to also add the OTA STB's & TV's but neglected
them as they hadn't trended much and I was focusing this morning on the
big swap in cable vs D*. However the use of TV's with integrated tuners
did double, to a level not seen since 2002. And in the future the
integrated TV's will likely become even more important due to the tuner
mandate plus the impending cut-off.
Here's an updated table adding the OTA STB's & Tv's:

Okay, the poll is closed now, with 403 respondents, final answers at
the top.
Let's look at the trends a bit. PC cards and integrated TV's haven't
changed all that much over the 6 polls so let's ignore them for the
moment and concentrate on some visible trends. This has mostly been a
happy story for cable, at the expense of DirectTv.
Percentage AVS members using various most popular HD STB's over the
last 6 years:
uh, not exactly the MOST popular, since for 2007 OTA only box
gets 12.9%, and integrated DTV gets 7.7%, and integrated
TV with HD cable gets 4.5%
