I completely agree. However, eight years does seem an unreasonable waiting
period.
Also, didn't Pappas file in favor of your dual 8VSB/COFDM petition? Think so
but can't recall for certain.....

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at
FreeLists.org
- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
unsubscribe in the subject line.
