[opendtv] Single-chip HD H.264 encoder

Start-up Ambarella has come out of stealth mode today
and announced their single-chip HD H.264 encoder.
http://www.ambarella.com
Although initially targeted at HD camcorders, it looks
like the chip could be useful for other products such as
blue-laser DVD recorders and even broadcast encoders.
