So for retail streaming/broadcasting/Blu Ray release can I assume the
following:
The color space is always 4:2:0
The bit depth is always 10 bit
The Frame rate is 24 for majority of content, 60 for some content, 120
possibly (60 for 3D or 120 2D) in the future?

I think the answer is 4K/30Hz/4:2:0/8 bit that is 4.46 Gb/s or
4K/60Hz/4:2:0/8 that is 8.91 Gb/s
