[opendtv] Re: PCI 5th gen test

The percentage numbers don't always seem to be equally meaningful. 
For instance my HiDTV pro cards seem happy with numbers in the 
70's but my Dvico card needs high 90's.

Generally how good was the reception on the two cards/receivers? 
For instance, on which channels could you get solid reception with 
no break-ups if you wandered around the room? On the PCI card does 
"40 at 87-88%" mean good reception or bad?
