Uh, since 95% of the computers in the world are PCs and only a little =
over twice as many=20
hits for "PC crashes" on Google as "MAC crashes" I must assume that PCs =
crash a lot less often.

And there are about 1.8 million hits for "PC crashes...

The difference is not as large as I would have expected.

Things have really stabilized in the past two years since I have=20
upgraded to MacOSX. Yes I still have an occasional crash (maybe once=20
every 30 - 60 days), but I have not had to re-install existing=20
software or drivers in two years. I just accept the software upgrade=20
notices I need when my system checks for updates, or is notified of=20
new updates by Apple.

I did have a problem early this year that I though was related to an=20
Airport (WiFi) software upgrade, but it turned out that the 802.11B=20
card was dying.

Craig
