Apple is moving to open up even more of their "walled garden" with new features in the SDK for iPhone/Touch developers. And yes there are external FM adapters for the iPod.

Perhaps someone should develop an M/H receiver accessory for the iPhone. It could be a hat with the M/H receiver built in and a pair of diversity antennas - sort of like rabbit ears. In keeping with Apples emphasis on style, the hats could sport logos, and there could be a foil version for...
