What are these guys thinking? Or are they?

About the last lobbyist that passed through the door.

Broadcasters are the ones who are not thinking...

about the remaining 15% that still rely upon the OTA service.

They ARE thinking about the revenues that they can generate by charging cable and DBS for their signals via retransmission consent agreements.

Maybe this will make more sense to Bert as a simple set of mathematical equations:

(85% of your audience) X ($1/month per subscriber) = $ ** millions in incremental revenue

(15% of your audience) X ($0/month per OTA viewer) = $0 in incremental revenue

Unfortunately, the only value you represent to broadcasters Bert, is the small contribution you make to their ratings.
