We already know the answer to that: well, if and only if 1) the current modern demultipath chips are used 2) the fron't end is good enough to avoid overload or spurious responses and 3) there is plenty of signal strength The latter is likely to be the most usual problem except very close to transmitters, unless they are of the 1 MW variety.
