Darn, I thought we had a winner, but alas, no 16:9
There's another one in Alaska that seems to be 704, but they haven't set
their parameters correctly. These are just the captures on my harddrive;
I
did find two 720 streams.
There's a glimmer of hope for a 704x480i 16:9 stream yet, then.
I've also seen 704x480 video in San Francisco (on the ABC o&o there, plus
two others).
In native 16:9?
I've seen captures from Washington, DC stations that have 704 video.
I'm sure you have, but were those 704 streams native 16:9?
Unfortunately, I am to close to KUSI-DT to capture a stream there at this
moment, and I don't have a capture from them at this moment, since they're
at my apartment, and I am not.
Well, Fred Swift, assistant Chief Engineer (you should know that, John) says
it's 720p at 16:9.

So far, John, you have confirmed my prediction without a single exception.
So far, John, if as you asserted "practical use" means more than zero
broadcasters, so far there is no practical use of 704x480i30 at native 16:9
out there. Thanks for the confirmation.
