It's Netflix and its Internet sourcing partner, Level 3 Communications, vs an ISP (in this case, Comcast, but other ISPs are sure to follow)." But with Comcast buying NBC Universal, aren't they now a media conglomerate? I can understand Comcast wanting to upgrade their networking to accommodate an increase in data for video streaming such as that coming from Level 3, but if Cox Communications does the same, I'll be dropping their broadband service immediately. If an ISP is going to demand fees for including data from a particular source, they cannot be net-neutral, no matter what their PR people are saying. This is pure blackmail by my definition. I hope the ISP customers exercise their power and show Comcast that they won't put up with an ISP that discriminates data beyond that requested by the customer. Dan
