And, it does it without interrupting broadcast use, so nobody's ox is gored.


WEithout the compromises that would involve emergency use of the broadcast
spectrum.

Stephen Long would be proud.  ATSC is still too fragile to provide emergency

data coverage to first responders as well as DVB-T would have, but this new 
network will do it as well or better than either ATSC or DVB-T.
