Okay, but why sue the FCC? They aren't the ones forcing Comcast to drop analog 
CSPAN-2. It was Comcast's decision. Since CSPAN-2 is not a must-carry channel, 
Comcast could have continued transmitting it in analog-only indefinitely.

It's only those stations that the FCC forced to go digital that have to be 
carried digital and analog over cable (or digital-only with D/A conversion in 
customer premises). In other words, the OTA stations.
