Rubbish.

Broadcasters have no one to blame but themselves. And this decision is not going to change the reality that the broadcast service is just an ornament needed to collect retrans consent fees for what is supposed to be Free TV.

When broadcasters start to talk about using the spectrum to offer a COMPETITIVE TV service we can talk about interference. Until that day, it is my humble opinion that broadcasters are interfering with the right of U.S. citizens to put OUR SPECTRUM to the best possible use.
