Cell phones aren't the only mobile platform. DVB-T USB 'thumbdrive' receivers work amazingly well in laptops while mobile. European auto manufacturers offer DVB-T receivers as part of the rear seat entertainment system. Portable DVD player/DTV receiver with integrated 7" screens are available.
