[opendtv] Need MPEG4 tool for clip statistics

I'm looking for a software tool that can give me
various statistics on (true) mpeg4 (".mp4") video
files. I've found a couple of simple tools that
tell me the gross size in terms of pixels, and
some approximations to the bit rates, but these
tools don't give me more info on the actual frame
rate, bit depth, the GOP structure, VBR/CBR, part2/part10,
etc.

Could anyone suggest a (hopefully free) tool of
this sort that runs on either WinXP or Mac OSX
(preferably WinXP) ?

Thanks.
