Noooo, really? What a surprise from the NCTA!
"Light touch" made a lot of sense in the past. Times have changed, and it's the
MVPD/ISPs that have created the outcry.
This is a bit like telemarketing. Take a "good thing" too far, and you suffer
the consequences. I'd like to know whether the MVPD/ISPs had truly not foreseen
this.
