Yes. I mentioned that too, Craig. Did you even bother reading it? The law
already says that only "the primary video and accompanying audio transmission
of each of the local commercial TV stations" needs to be carried, and it covers
the quality level too, and the process the FCC has to initiate before thinking
of requiring changes to MVPD systems.
But this law has nothing to do with the DTV transition
Feel free to put your money where your mouth is, Craig, and quote anything that
says otherwise. I've shown in spades where you simply don't do this, time and
time and time again. You just write off the cuff. Do the legwork Craig.
