Sure, it is possible that it was rigged by an alien (not merely foreign)
couple named Bill and XSer4qw.  Just not likely.  (How may MORE times are
you going to give me the ammo, Tom?  It's like you never learn.)

Everything is possible; let's try to keep things within the realm of the
probable.
